The iGyro SAT was developed specifically for the new generation of PowerBoxes and the PBR receiver series. The iGyro SAT functions as a sensor unit for the iGyro software in the PowerBox Pioneer, Mercury SR2, Competition SR2/SHV, Royal SR2, and the PBR receivers (7S, 9D, 26D). The motion data from the sensors is transmitted to the PowerBox or the receiver via the specially developed FastTrack bus. All calculations are then performed there, and the servos are controlled.

When powered on, the PowerBox or receiver automatically detects a connected iGyro SAT and then makes all configuration functions available in the ATOM/CORE or Jeti transmitter. For all other systems, settings can be adjusted either via PC/USB, Mobile Terminal, or directly on the PowerBox display.

Thanks to its compact size, the iGyro SAT can be installed anywhere in the model. The connection cable can be extended as needed.

Unique on the market: When used in conjunction with the GPS III or the PBS-TAV, the gyro effect can also be controlled based on speed.

Version 2 has been available since December 2024, identifiable by the Roman numeral II on the housing. A new gyro sensor chip has been implemented here, as the previous chips have been discontinued. The gyro performance is identical to that of its predecessor; both devices are forward and backward compatible without changing any settings. The first version of the iGyro SAT was already extremely resistant to turbine noise; Version II has been made completely immune to it through a special manufacturing process.
