Installation and Operation:

First, firmly glue the included small contact plate to the leading edge of the wings, sides, or even the elevator, preferably using high-quality epoxy and optional dowels. Make sure the text on the contact plates is legible so that the polarity is correct. When viewed from above, right is always positive.

The connection cable is routed centrally through the wing to the fuselage. All Night-Blades can be easily operated in parallel on a 2S LiPo battery or on any uniLIGHT lighting controller. Pay attention to the permissible current load and sufficient battery capacity; a shutdown due to deep discharge could be fatal at night!

To set up, simply place the Night-Blade onto the mounting plate using the two screws and tighten them; electrical contact is established automatically. Ensure that the labels are always oriented so they are legible.

The reflector surfaces are bent once so that the greatest possible portion of the light emission is directed onto the model. CAUTION: The reflector surfaces harden and can only be bent a few times. Secure the glued surface before aligning the surfaces by hand or with small pliers to prevent the adhesive joint from breaking.

After the flight, the Night-Blades can be easily unscrewed and transported. No trace of the night flight system remains.
