The new UI design, used for the first time in the M8D and modeled after the user interfaces of real cars, makes operation via the touchscreen as simple and intuitive as possible. In the settings menu, for example, you’ll find mostly sliders and on/off switches, while charging can be controlled via buttons on the main screen. The display itself is optimized to clearly present the most important information from both channels. In addition to the appealing UI design, the battery destruction function is also new. This function ensures that used batteries can be safely disposed of in compliance with regulations at the end of the process.
