SEAT HEIGHTS: These figures are constructed with a wire mesh "skeleton." This wire can be bent into any position, allowing the shape of the pilot figure to be adjusted. Due to space constraints (with the instrument panel underneath), many cockpits have a lower seat height than the original. With this wire mesh, it is possible to 'bend' the figure at the hips, thereby reducing the seat height.

SCALE Full-Body Pilot WWII USAAF

This full-scale pilot figure is a "must-have" for every aviation enthusiast. The replicas are meticulously detailed and have an outstanding appearance. At approximately 31 cm tall, the figure fits perfectly in aircraft with a scale of 1/6 or 1/5.
Each figure has a stuffed cotton body, which, in combination with a wire mesh skeleton, can be positioned in any pose. The standard version of the pilot weighs only approx. 170g, making it one of the lightest full-body pilots on the market.

The figure is available in two different versions:

1. Standard

2. With a servo-controlled

rotating head This option allows the head to turn in the direction of flight. The servo simply needs to be mixed with the rudder and/or aileron on a single channel. The servo cable exits at the bottom of the figure and can thus be routed directly downward through the bottom of the seat into the fuselage of the aircraft.
Everything is pre-installed—you just need to connect the servo cable.
