Product Description

The PowerBox Source is the logical evolution of the successful BaseLog. Customer requests and requirements for modern telemetry systems have been incorporated. The unit size has been reduced by optimizing the cooling surfaces. This allows the PowerBox Source to be used even for small models with high power demands. The power reserves of this compact power pack are enormous and are in no way inferior to even larger power systems!

A small O-LED display can be connected as an option—this keeps all battery data in view even when the unit is installed out of sight. Even without the display, the PowerBox Source offers full functionality: the data port allows all settings to be adjusted either via smartphone and the BlueCom adapter or via our USB interface with a laptop or PC.

CORE pilots in particular can operate the PowerBox Source entirely from the transmitter without any accessories!

All battery-related data is transmitted to the transmitter via the telemetry system, in line with the latest technology. In addition to CORE telemetry, the PowerBox Source can also transmit telemetry data to Jeti, Graupner, Multiplex, and Futaba transmitters. Furthermore, no additional teleconverter is required for Futaba.

The PowerBox Source can be set to four different output voltages: 5.9V – 7.4V – 7.8V and without a regulator, which allows the battery voltage to be passed through with minimal loss. The MPX inputs and outputs are equipped with safety clips or tabs to prevent the connectors from slipping out during strong vibrations.
