The PowerBox iServo HVC.40 was developed from scratch according to our specifications. Even the housing design makes it clear that the new iServo is something special. The highest quality, maximum durability, and above all, the highest precision were top priorities during development.

The PowerBox iServo HVC.40 was engineered using coreless technology to deliver high starting torque, the highest positioning accuracy, and rock-solid holding accuracy. In conjunction with a high-precision Hall sensor, a special control algorithm was developed that is unmatched in terms of positioning speed. There is no overshoot when reaching the target position with the PowerBox iServo HVC.40. The largest possible ball bearings on the 8 mm output shaft and solid gears give our high-end servo the necessary durability.

The connection for the patch cable disappears completely inside the housing and is secured with a screw-on retaining tab. Cutting cables and soldering on extensions is now a thing of the past.

Electronically, the PowerBox iServo HVC.40 offers something unique: for the first time, two large capacitors are built into the servo. This effectively prevents reverse currents and, above all, provides energy to the motor when current spikes need to be absorbed due to cable length.

The software places the new iServo at the cutting edge of what is technically feasible. The PowerBox iServo HVC.40 works not only with standard PWM but also with the widely used S.BUS. However, the full functionality of the iServo is realized with the P²-BUS. Via the P²-BUS, all telemetry data is displayed in real time on the transmitter screen. Furthermore, the servo can be fully configured via the transmitter.

The range of settings is vast: servo travel (±5000°), current limit, hold characteristic, start-up characteristic, and much more.
