Description:
Our Ultra-Power afterburner rings are the first thrust nozzle rings on the market based on emitter technology. Aluminum-core PCBs manufactured specifically for this application make the installation of the high-performance emitters and the required heat dissipation possible. Additionally, a cooling rod is already bonded behind each emitter to dissipate sufficient heat during operation. Without additional air cooling, the rings can be operated continuously for approximately 1–2 minutes; therefore, the mixture should only be introduced into the gas channel in the upper region.
The light output of the emitter rings is extremely high and visible in a range of >120° in all directions around the ring. This illuminates both the exhaust and directly into the nozzle, which further greatly enhances the effect of a glowing thrust tube.
Direct operation with a 2S (8V) LiPo. Ensure sufficient cooling air during operation. The high power consumption of the afterburner rings requires adequately sized batteries and a high-performance controller.
This ring is supplied with a 1m silicone cable. A second cable can be soldered on if needed.
Light Spreader
NEW: Each afterburner ring includes a matching 2nd-generation nozzle attachment. With the cover, you get a completely different lighting effect—highly recommended if the ring is fully visible during operation.
