The short Ultra-Power afterburner rings are based on the same emitter technology and specially manufactured aluminum core PCBs, but do away with the complex cooling rods to reduce size and weight. Their output is slightly reduced to allow for normal operation in the model. This is achieved primarily by using intentionally thinner cables. The rings may only be operated continuously for approximately 1 minute; therefore, the mixture should only be introduced into the gas channel in the upper section. Since excessively high ambient temperatures must also be avoided, these rings are particularly suitable for EDS systems and also excel there due to their low weight.

The light output of the emitter rings is extremely high and visible in a range of >120° in all directions around the ring. This illuminates both the exhaust and the nozzle directly, which further greatly enhances the effect of a glowing thrust tube.

Direct operation with 2S (8V) LiPo. Ensure sufficient cooling air during operation. The high power consumption of the afterburner rings requires adequately sized batteries and a high-performance controller.

This ring is shipped with a 1m/0.25mm silicone cable. A second cable can be soldered on if needed.
