The PowerBox PIK connector range combines proven connector systems from the RC sector with modern hot-melt technology.

To achieve this, the cables are soldered in-house and then inspected by a second employee to ensure correct polarity and flawless workmanship. The cable is then placed in a custom-made injection mold and fused with a special plastic at 220°C and 10 bar pressure.

This process permanently seals the solder joints and relieves tension. Neither mechanical stress nor environmental factors such as moisture or heat can negatively affect this connection. The plastic is resistant to vibration, oxidation, oils, acids, alkalis, and fuels, and is also temperature-resistant from -30°C to +90°C.

The variations offer various cable cross-sections, adapters, charging cables, or servo connections with 3-wire cables. Our cables up to a cross-section of 1.0 mm² have PVC insulation; the 1.5 mm² and 2.5 mm² cables are insulated with a silicone jacket.

To better protect you, our customers, from counterfeits, the design and other quality features have been registered as a design patent with the German Patent and Trademark Office in the Design Patent Register (DE 40 2010 000 949.5).
