The new KST A08H V6 is the version of the KST A08 with a horizontal tab (wing mount). It is a great low/medium/high-voltage servo with an all-metal case and a weight of only 8 g. Unlike the X08H, the A08H features a full case that covers the motor, making the servos much more robust and less susceptible to water ingress as well as damage from handling and crashes. Nevertheless, the A08H servo is lighter and has higher torque than the X08H. The A08H is also slightly smaller than the X08H and is therefore suitable for very tight installation spaces.

The KST A08H is particularly well-suited for ailerons on disc-launched gliders, electric racers, and all models with thin wings. Despite its slim profile of just 8 mm, the powerful coreless DC motor and gearbox deliver good torque and high speed. The A08H can be operated at voltages up to 3.8V (1S LiPo) or 8.4V (2S LiPo). KST servos feature excellent gear manufacturing tolerances, and this servo is completely backlash-free and can compete with products that cost twice as much. Despite the lack of an -MG designation, this servo has metal gears and is very robust.

The KST A08H V6.0 version is fully programmable with the KST Tool Card #1 or KST Tool Card #5
