The F86 SABRE is a new model from JETLEGEND that now allows scale modelers to fly with small turbines or EDF systems while enjoying the benefits of a large jet. The model is suitable for turbines with 6–8 kg of thrust or an equivalent EDF system. Thanks to the lightweight HEREX construction, the model achieves a low weight despite the detailed scale paint scheme and the scale landing gear with brakes. This gives the model very docile flight characteristics but also blistering speed when you put the power through the propulsion system.

The F86 1/7 is available only as a PNP version. The jet is ready to fly except for the installation of the turbine and the receiver with power supply. This version includes the proven JETLEGEND servos, the central controller including 5 electric pneumatic valves for the landing gear, flaps, and brakes, and the SCALE cockpit.

Technical Specifications:

The duct can be easily removed by loosening two screws, allowing for convenient installation of the receiver and power supply. This enables any missing lead weight to be stowed at the very front of the fuselage with optimal leverage.

The landing gear is fully installed and ready for use. The pneumatic system is controlled via the proven CENTRAL CONTROLLER (click here) with pressure monitoring and an integrated door sequencer, along with electric valves. The landing gear doors throughout the aircraft are fully installed with pneumatic cylinders. Only the controller’s cables need to be connected to the receiver.
