The FOX from Tomahawk Aviation was developed based on the molds from Rosenthal Flugmodelle. The fuselage retains its original shape and is now manufactured using modern full-FRP technology. The wings, originally built of wood, have been converted to a full-FRP monocoque construction, and the airfoil has been modernized to meet the latest standards. The model is reinforced with carbon fiber at critical points and thus meets even the highest demands for aerobatic capability and potential speed range. The wing features ailerons and flaps.

The FOX comes highly pre-assembled; all control surfaces are already attached and all control horns are glued in place. The canopy is fully installed and can be opened via an installed hinge. The fittings and frames are fully installed, and all linkage parts are included in an accessory bag. The main wheel and tail wheel are already installed. The models are painted in multiple colors and feature an attractive color scheme.
