The Extreme Flight 104 "Extra 300" was released in 2012 and has become an icon in the Global RC aerobatics community. In 2018, Extreme Flight launched the eagerly awaited, redesigned, and upgraded V2.

New to the V3 are the clever quick-assembly systems for the main wings, canopy, and horizontal stabilizer. This massively reduces assembly time at the airfield. The sophisticated CNC-milled aluminum systems prevent the wings from becoming "unsecured," thereby increasing the certainty that everything has been assembled correctly...and for those who have ever forgotten the locking screws at home...we can reassure you that this can no longer happen...everything is securely mounted in the aircraft!

Thanks to the latest design techniques and the use of composite materials, Extremeflight has been able to drastically reduce the weight while maintaining strength and stiffness. A revised wing and aileron shape provide a very high roll rate, which can now keep up with our Slick 580. The low-speed and high-alpha 3D stability has been further improved, and the airframe has been reinforced to handle the most brutal XA routines. The Extra features a pre-assembled canopy with a scale instrument panel and Pilot X figure, ready to fly right out of the box!

Aerobatics maestro Jim Bourke has granted us the license to reproduce his fantastic color scheme from his competition/airshow Extra, and the graphic design assistant has surprised us with a second stunning scheme that highlights the Extra’s beautiful lines.
