We manufacture bladder tanks according to your wishes. The maximum length of our tanks is 40 cm. At the moment, we have volumes up to approx. 5 litres. Tanks larger than 5 litres are delicate and must be discussed depending on the request/application. The number of outlets, as well as the position, can also be chosen.

Our bags are 3‑layered and welded. The actual tank is 2‑layered and lies welded inside the outer bag. The outer layer serves as mechanical protection and also for holding the mounting pockets. The bags withstand a pressure of 650 mBar. At this pressure the material expands slightly. However, the weld seams hold. The volume specifications refer to approx. 40 mBar, which should also be the normal refuelling pressure (the bag still feels soft).
