Product Description

The Battlife Guard was developed specifically for 2S and 3S Li-ion and LiPo batteries. With this small connector, the service life of battery packs can be significantly extended with minimal effort. Lithium batteries age significantly faster when stored at full charge for extended periods. The Battlife Guard is simply plugged into the battery connector, and the electronics detect whether the battery pack exceeds a certain voltage level. If the voltage exceeds the threshold that is harmful to the battery, the battery is gently brought down to a lower voltage level over several hours. The built-in LED indicates whether the battery is being discharged. The voltage level is set so that the battery can be stored for extended periods without damage. The Battlife Guard can remain connected to the battery even after the discharge process—as soon as the battery reaches its storage voltage, the Battlife Guard switches off and no longer consumes power.
