MASTER Senstrol Technology

The motors and speed controllers in the Hacker MASTER Senstrol series operate with true sine wave commutation. The motor current is regulated in a sine wave pattern to achieve an optimal torque-per-amp ratio in the motor. Sine wave commutation provides smoother motor operation, fewer switching losses, and consequently less motor heating. The efficiency of the entire powertrain is increased.

Motor/Controller Synchronization

To ensure 100% compatibility of the entire drive system, we precisely measure the motors and store the data on the chip built into the motor. The Hacker MASTER Senstrol speed controller can only be used when it is connected to the motor identification chip.

The motor identification chip contains all data relevant to the motor and provides the necessary motor parameters during operation. This completely eliminates the need for separate programming of the motor parameters. Much of this data can be adjusted by the pilot according to individual preferences, but not beyond the preset limits. Overloading the motor is therefore no longer possible.

Complete, ready-to-install system

The electric motor and gearbox are delivered fully assembled and ready for installation. The complete drive system is assembled, tuned, and tested prior to shipment.
