The Hacker A50-V4 motors are 14-pole external rotor motors whose efficiency has been further improved through continuous development. The A50-V4 series features a new rear bearing shield with a fan, which enables even more efficient internal cooling of the entire motor. The various lengths and windings allow for precise adaptation to the model and enable a power range up to 2000W.

The primary application range is for sport and scale models from 2.2 kg to 6.0 kg, and for aerobatic and 3D models up to 4.0 kg takeoff weight. For electric and scale gliders from 7.0 kg to approx. 15.0 kg. The A50-V4 also fits perfectly in helicopter models of the 500/550 and 600 classes.

Also ideal as a nose-mounted motor for large gliders (e.g., Ventus 2CX, 6m wingspan, 11.5 kg to approx. 15 kg). This weight-optimized high-end motor, weighing just 445 g, fits perfectly in motorized models up to 4 kg or gliders up to 15 kg.
