Product Details

This 35mm-class spotlight is ideally suited for all larger models. With its immense light output and wide beam angle, it provides excellent visibility under all conditions. The enormous light output of the two extremely powerful emitters requires significant air cooling for continuous operation. If this is not provided, the integrated over-temperature protection will shut down the headlight after 3–4 minutes via the sensor located in the heat sink.

Ideal for use in tip tanks, under the hood, or as landing lights in large high-deck aircraft. Due to their design, they are also very well suited for installation in the fuselage nose.

Notes:

With x2 technology, multiple high-performance LEDs are operated in a so-called "cluster." This configuration achieves double the light output with the same heat dissipation or the same light output with half the heat dissipation; nevertheless, our x2 lights remain fully compatible with all our other lights.
If x2 technology lights, such as headlights, are connected via separate cables, these cables must not be bundled together with other cables! x2 lights react much more strongly to batteries that are running low.

Specifications regarding reference output are purely comparative values between the offered light sources. They typically refer to an operating voltage of 12V/3S LiPo and depend on the light source, operating mode, and technology.

Pay attention to the operating temperature; we cannot assume any liability for overheating.

Warning: The LED lights are extremely bright! Never look directly into an LED!
